We would share the living room, kitchen, dining room, etc. The building's amenities are: Gym, Pool, Weight-room, Spa, indoor parking, 24-Hour Security. Convenience store, laundry facilities, club house, cardio-room. The room is about 12x8 with a large closet. The bathroom is already furnished with curtains and rugs. We are 2 male students attending NWSA in downtown Miami. The Metro-rail station is across the street and the Metro Mover is down the street. We are blocks away from the MDC Wolfson Campus, Bayfront Park, Bayside and New World School of the Arts. Brickell is 5 minutes away and South Beach is 10 minutes away. The highway is very close by as well. The ideal middle location where everything is close by. The rent is $500 per month. We would split High-Speed internet and the electric bills.
